ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Please include the following in your email:

-Your name, phone #, physical address and email address

-The name of your Tri-State Trophies salesperson if you have been working with one

-A brief description of the art (e.g. ‘56 Chevy for Chevy Nationals)

You will receive an acknowledgment of your art by a return phone call or email

from your salesperson. Please ask for this salesperson when you have questions.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

We are PC based; however, we can accept MAC files if they fit the requirements below.

1. We prefer all art to be created in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Corel PhotoPaint (.cpt)

version 17 or older. ALWAYS convert text to curves or paths before sending.

2. We can also accept the following formats: PDF editable files (.pdf), Adobe Illustrator (.ai) version 10 or older; text must be converted to curves or paths. Bitmap files (.jpg) or (.tiff) with a minimum of 300 dpi or greater.

3. All photos must be sent as a JPEG (.jpg) 300 dpi or greater

DO NOT SEND:

Do Not Send: Any word processor documents such as: Microsoft Word, Word Perfect…etc.

Do Not Send: Page layout program files such as: Adobe InDesign, QuarkXpress or Pagemaker

Do Not Send: Anything you have taken directly off the internet.

Do Not Send: Any logo or artwork with a copyright,unless you own the rights to use and duplicate it.
